Content you use in the tools工具处理的内容

Image processing, text cleanup and comparison, PDF creation, QR generation and palette calculations take place on your device. These tool operations do not upload the selected photos, entered text, generated documents or QR fields to our servers.图片处理、文字整理与对比、PDF 创建、二维码生成和配色计算在设备上完成。这些工具操作不会将所选照片、输入文字、生成文档或二维码字段上传到我们的服务器。

The app uses the content you select or enter to provide the requested result. A QR entry can contain names, contact details or Wi-Fi credentials. What stays on your device保存在设备上的资料

When you choose Save, the Library may retain copies of source photos, image settings and workflows, drafts and compared versions, PDFs, QR fields and palettes. Language preferences are also stored locally. The Library does not provide app cloud sync. Device or operating-system backups, when enabled, are governed by your device settings and the relevant provider’s policies. Permissions and the clipboard权限与剪贴板

Photos: access is used to select images and save exported images. You can grant limited access, deny access or change it in iOS Settings. A feature that needs access may be unavailable if permission is denied.照片：权限用于选择图片及保存导出图片。你可以在 iOS 设置中允许有限访问、拒绝访问或修改权限；拒绝后，依赖该权限的功能可能无法使用。

Clipboard: the iOS app may request access to clipboard content when it returns to the foreground. The system may show a paste permission prompt. The writing tools also use text that you choose to paste. Opening online chat in the app connects to Salesmartly, a third-party support service. The service may process your messages and attachments, contact details you provide, language preference, IP address, browser/device information and identifiers needed to operate the chat session.在应用内打开在线聊天会连接第三方客服服务 Salesmartly。该服务可能处理你发送的消息与附件、主动提供的联系信息、语言偏好、IP 地址、浏览器或设备信息，以及运行聊天会话所需的标识信息。

The tools do not automatically send Library photos, drafts, PDFs or other saved items to the chat service. If you send a file to support yourself, that file becomes part of your support conversation. Connections to app services or customer support can disclose technical information such as IP address, request time, app/device platform and network information to the relevant service operators. Deleting an item removes its app copies; it does not remove original photos, files already exported or copies held by a recipient. Local app storage and system permissions help limit access to tool content. Keep your device protected and export important work to a destination you trust. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Review your results检查输出结果

Check generated images, PDFs, QR codes and contrast results before relying on them. Image cropping and compression may remove content or detail. QR codes can reveal all encoded fields to a reader. Images export as JPEG, QR codes as PNG and documents as PDFs made from page images. PDF text is not selectable or searchable. Features may depend on device capabilities, permissions, operating-system behavior and available storage. Online support needs an internet connection and uses Salesmartly.
